All materials, workflows, templates, and deliverables created by Growth Factor Systems remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point applicable deliverables transfer to you. Our proprietary systems, processes, and tools remain the exclusive property of Growth Factor Systems.
Growth Factor Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the prior 30 days.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results including leads generated, revenue increases, or campaign performance outcomes.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the applicable service contract. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
